Tuckernuck sweater I Lands End jeans I Old Shein scarf (similar here) I Tuckernuck sunglasses I Franco Sarto flats I Vintage purse
Now that the holidays are over my yearning for spring usually starts rearing it's head. Down here in Savannah the weather has still been warm (like the 60s-70s) and has been rainy and humid. There is something about the spring, though, that can feel refreshing. The spring blooms start appearing. There is a feeling of new life. I start wanting to bring out all my florals and pretty pastels. I found this pretty mint green sweater from Tuckernuck that has all the feels and coziness of winter but with the pretty colors for spring. Can we say perfect transition?! If mint green isn't your color, there are tons of others. I love the flowiness of it. It is longer so would be great with leggings as well. It is such a great simple sweater that will match with pretty much anything or add a cute little scarf, like I did, for an extra pop of color. It is a sale sweater as well so not only is it a great price, well the sweater is well worth the price!
I also found these adorable cat eye sunglasses also on sale at Tuckernuck. I am in love with the vintage feel of the sunglasses which fits so well with my vintage purse I found at a local vintage/antique shop. I have a love affair with vintage purses. If they are in good shape then you know the quality must have been good. They are unique so I know I have something no one else has and i prefer that.
I paired my sweater with one of my favorite pair of jeans from Land's End. They are comfy with a little stretch and fit so well. They are perfect for us curvy girls. I added a cute little scarf from Shein. It is old but I found a similar one here. I also added my Franco Sarto flats. I love the blush pink as it is a great neutral color. They are super comfy and the pointy toe adds a perfect little chicness. They are perfect for those city strolls. The fact that they are on sale at DSW makes them even more perfect.
With love from the south,
